Origin
IT On Call began as a single engineer answering a single line — a neighbor who needed Wi-Fi to reach the dock. Word travelled. The practice grew the way good practices do: slowly, by referral, and only as quickly as we could continue to answer the phone ourselves.
Today we serve a small portfolio of private households and small businesses across Minneapolis, Edina, Wayzata, the lakes, and the western suburbs. We are deliberately small. We will remain so.
What we believe
We answer our own phones.
There is no tier-one routing, no offshore queue. The person who installed your network is the person who picks up.
Documentation is a deliverable.
Every cable is labeled. Every credential, recorded. Every system, drawn. You own the documentation; and code
We do not upsell.
If the equipment you have is the right equipment, we will say so. We earn the next engagement by being right about the last one.
Privacy is structural.
